Asia for Educators: East Asian Curriculum Project
This interactive website just brims with information about China, Japan, Korea, and other Asian countries. Featuring lesson plans, resource lists, and links to more related websites, it is geared primarily toward teachers, but can also be used by students doing research. It's organized by subject area or time period (whichever you prefer), and the links compare the Asian nations to each other during the same time periods.
Ethics in Education
The majority of the information and activity suggestions are for students in grades 6-12 and provides teachers with a practical guide for incorporating ethics instruction into standard history curriculum. Example lessons frame essential questions around issues such as animal welfare, affirmative action, capital punishment, and genetic engineering. The student ethics workbook and the companion teacher's guide are both available for download in pdf format.
